Do you ever feel frustrated when you have tried your best to help someone see the light of Christ, only to have that person ignore you and even reject the truth of the gospel? Today's reading gives a sense of comfort and peace concerning evangelisation. Jesus said that if someone believes and is baptised, that person will be saved. However, if the person does not believe, then condemnation will be the reward (Mk. 16:16). Belief is a choice. We can only sow the seeds and then just surrender the results to our God. Lord Jesus, help us to remember that we who share Your good news with others, are called to leave the results to You. Amen.
