How strong is your faith? It is human to be initially anxious about an exam or stressful experience. It is understandable to be truly concerned about your future or current events in our world. Our natural reaction to various stimuli is to be expected. But this is where our faith is valuable and offers hope in our lives. Jesus issues an encouraging invitation in today's gospel. He says we are to have faith in Him and as a result, "do not let your hearts be troubled" (Jn. 14:1). Our Lord, who rose from the dead, has the power to raise our hearts, minds and spirits from any experience that may threaten to entomb us. Today, walk in confidence with God who is with us always, and whose power will rescue us. Lord Jesus, speak Your peace into our lives, as we place all our hope and trust in You. Amen.
