Jesus affirms that the works He does are a testimony that His Father sent Him (Jn. 5:36). As the Father sent His Son, so too we are sent by Jesus. Do people see in our works a testimony that we love the Lord? Are our works proof positive that we who follow Him are doing what we can to build His kingdom? As Disciples, our aim is to reveal to others that we are children of God and not the world. Lord Jesus, fill me with Your Holy Spirit, so that with joy and love, my life and all that I do may be dedicated to advancing the glory of a Your holy name. Amen.
