“The Mighty One has done great things for me” (Lk. 1:49). These words express a deep sense of gratitude from Mary, whose life was touched and changed by the love of God.

As we countdown these last days of Advent, let us ponder the many blessings and “great things” our God has done for us. By not taking God’s goodness for granted, may we, like Mary, offer to Him a heart filled with gratitude and a life dedicated to His praise and glory.

Loving Father, teach me to count my blessings. May I truly show my gratitude by proclaiming Your goodness to others. Amen.
