Genuine beauty comes from within. A beautiful mind thinks well of others, and manifests kind and uplifting thoughts and blessings for others. A pure and clean heart chooses to love, and genuinely desires growth and joy for all people. The source of real goodness from inside stems from the Holy Spirit who dwells in us. We cannot “cleanse the inside of the cup” (Mt. 23:26) on our own will or strength. We need the grace and love of God to be clean ‘inside and outside’. Lord Jesus, bathe us in Your grace and make us clean inside and out. May our lives be a true reflection of the Spirit who lives in us. Amen.
