Does God really care about me and the details of my life? The Lord has the entire world and cosmos to oversee. So who am I that God should notice, or even has the time to ‘hear my cry’ and be concerned about the issues of my life?
In case we forget, the Lord has ‘carved us on the palm of His hand’ (Is. 49:16). Each of us is uniquely made in His image and likeness. He allows the barren to bear a child and the mute to speak (Lk. 1:57-66). Truly, God comes to save each individual He has made.
Lord Jesus, as our Good Shepherd, You love every individual sheep in Your flock. May our faith in You never wane nor waiver. Accept our sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving as signs of our allegiance to You and Your kingdom. Amen.
Blessings,
Fr. Howie
