Jesus states that the “Son of Man is lord of the sabbath” (Lk. 6:1-5). By this declaration, He reveals that He is above all times and rituals. Jesus has the power to renew everything for His purpose and glory. His death and resurrection opened a door to new grace in our lives. Today, do not limit God. If we consent to His Lordship, we will rise to new heights.
Jesus, You are Lord to the glory of God the Father. Come and take control of our lives. Help us to trust in Your power, knowing that You desire our benefit and salvation. Amen.
